The basis of The Mansion

The Mansion is a BDSM club, not a fetish club. Of course our members and guests can enjoy their fetishes - but if you're solely a fetishist you might not quite fit in. Nor is The Mansion a club for swingers. The Mansion does not accept infidelity - if you are married or living together you cannot become a member without your partners knowledge and consent.

All members need to be interested in erotic dominance, above the "generally curious" level. Experiences may vary though. Domination, submission or both, mental plays, bondage, sexual bondage games, hardcore BDSM.

The club is built upon respect for each individual and absolute safety and security for its members.

As a member you must have a fundamental respect for others:
- the right for all members to stay at The Mansion at their own premises
- that all members are different, with different fantasies and turn-ons
- respect that a No is a No, always to be respected, regardless of being a Dominant or a submissive. Naturally with the expection of pre-agreed situations.
Of course all contact, communication and debate must always be in a polite and respectful tone.

The club is very particular about discretion and confidentiality.
The Mansion's Board must know all members full names and addresses, but apart from this each and every member decides how much they want to tell other members. If you wish to use an alias in the contact with other members it will be accepted. Similarly, e-mail addresses and other information is confidential.
Members do not have access to personal information about other members unless the member has granted it.

Photographing/filming on the premises is not allowed, unless first agreed upon by the Board and the person(s) being photographed/filmed.

The club usually has a dress code for partys and events. The dress code varies depending on the type of event.
If no dress code is listed the norm is "decent and proper". Casual wear is accepted during daytime and, in the evenings, outside the dining room and bars. At themed parties the rule is to be dressed according to the theme, for example
- "rubberball" for rubber fetishists
- "gentlemen's dinner" for Dominant gentlemen and submissives/slaves
We reserve the right to reject people who are not suitably dressed for the occasion.

Use of illegal substances is not accepted and will lead to immediate suspension forever.
And even though The Mansion has bars there is a zero tolerance on alcohol abuse or visible intoxication; it will lead to immediate suspension forever

"Groping" is not tolerated (see respect above), nor is "nagging" or other unwanted attention.
A breach of club rules is taken seriously, and can result in anything from a warning, to immediate suspension forever.
